EverCharge was founded in 2013 to solve the complexities and challenges associated with EV charging—including limited time, power, and infrastructure. Our goal is simple: to make EV charging accessible for everyone.

We simplify EV charging at scale and enable measurable business impact through the most intelligent and reliable charging solutions for high-density and mission-critical environments.

In the past decade, we’ve built relationships with leading property management firms, vehicle manufacturers, and fleets that have propelled our goals forward, and expanded our reach in North America. Today, we’re proud to continue to provide the critical infrastructure needed to support the transition to electric mobility.

Christina Monzon-Le, SVP of People

Christina is responsible for leading all things people and talent at EverCharge. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including software development, autonomous checkout, gaming, and telecom. In her prior role, Christina led the people and talent teams at Standard AI, the world leader in retail AI focused on autonomous checkout. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, East Bay and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Mike Clement, VP of Engineering

Mike leads the engineering organization at EverCharge, bringing over 20 years of experience in mission-critical systems and hardware-software integration. A veteran of the EV charging industry, he previously held key engineering roles at Volta Charging, where he launched media-integrated L2 and DCFC products. Prior to EV charging, Mike developed software systems at multiple eVTOL and new-space startups, and contributed to a record-setting 50-drone autonomous swarm project. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Seattle University, as well as an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

John Lin, CEO

John brings to the company over 25 years of executive leadership experience for multi-billion dollar companies and growth-phase startups. He was instrumental in the growth of many venture-backed companies, including Enlighted, Bidgely, GridX, Presto and Control4, and helped transform them into category leaders in their respective spaces. Before his startup run, John spent ten years in the computer OEM/ODM sector, where he held executive management roles with First International Computer and Everex. John earned his B.A. in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.

Scott Wolfrey, VP Operations

Scott leads Operations at EverCharge, with full responsibility for project management, site design, construction and installation, and lifecycle service delivery across North America. He brings over 10 years of executive experience scaling operations within the renewable energy, EV infrastructure, and construction sectors. Previously, Scott has led national expansion initiatives, launched new business divisions, and managed project portfolios exceeding $100 million in value. Scott is recognized for translating strategic vision into operational execution, enabling teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects with precision and consistency.

Irma Andrade, VP of Customer Success

Irma leads the Customer Success vision by blending technology with a dedicated human touch. She brings a background of 20 years in scaling operations at Silicon Valley giants like Palo Alto Networks. Irma focuses on building resilient teams with a proven track record of consistent CSAT scores of 90-95%, boosting retention by bridging technical complexity and customer loyalty. She spent a decade at Palo Alto Networks, where she led teams through rapid expansion, achieving 100% optimization in the order-to-cash cycle. Irma is an alumna of West Valley college and a graduate of Latino Leadership Program at SMU-Cox with a focus on Political Science and Sociology, a background that provides a unique lens into customer and organizational dynamics.

Maleah Moorman, VP of Sales

Maleah is a results-driven sales leader who built her career from the ground up, rising from entry-level sales to Vice President of Sales through consistent top performance and leadership impact. After graduating with a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she quickly distinguished herself as a top producer in SMB sales before replicating that success in enterprise sales, earning top-performer recognition for the past three consecutive years. Most recently, she took over managing sales operations, driving greater structure, accountability, and performance across the organization. Her career reflects a rare combination of frontline selling excellence, operational discipline, and proven leadership growth within a single organization.

Gerald See, VP of Business Development

Gerald currently leads business development after having spent three years driving enterprise sales at EverCharge. He has a background in sales, business and corporate development at both Fortune 500 companies (Yahoo! & Apple) and startups such as talech and Presto, where he first worked with John Lin. Gerald earned his B.A. in Politics and Economics at University of San Francisco. A native of Singapore, he fulfilled his national service requirement as an officer in the Armored Infantry division.
